On the 1st of May 2004 we began our co-operation with FrontRange Solutions - a worldwide leading vendor of selling, marketing and service support software. The company`s headquarters is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. We hope to provide Help Desk enterprises in Poland, solutions for common problems and to offer them solutions to simplify and facilitate their customer support service, boost sales and to increase the effectiveness and profitability of their buying department. FrontRange`s application HEAT Service & Support is world-used by over 7500 organizations. Currently the Polish version of the system is being prepared, which is due to be completed at the end of June.
