Saros expanded - Internet system for complaints

Saros - software application for RMA and Inventory Management – now offers new functionality, thanks to a newly developed system for complaints over the internet – ISR.

ISR, makes customer complaints regarding goods possible over the Internet. When we input data and a description of defective equipment we receive a customer order number, which makes the whole procedure easier and faster. ISR along with Saros checks the status of the product in the service database, then it identifies the product type and its serial number. The system, based on the date of purchase, defines the validity of the warranty and generates a unique order number, which is written in the system database.
