On Wednesday 23.11.2005 at 14.00 at the department of Information Techonogy at the University of Applied Sciences in Zittau, Robert Marek (FINGO Managing Director) presented a lecture.

On the 22nd of October in Sienna a seminar was held under the title "Management methodologies and task management in an information technology project". The seminar was given in preparation for work on a new open source project.

Newsletter Manager will provide a personalized, mass messaging service. The application is going to be supported by a database, which will enable the administration of profiles and distribution groups by the administrator and likewise the recipient will be able to modify, subscribe and unsubscribe to and from the system.

Saros - software application for RMA and Inventory Management – now offers new functionality, thanks to a newly developed system for complaints over the internet – ISR.

On the 15th of May a housewarming party was held in our new office. People attending the party included our customers, business partners and co-workers. It was used to discuss the admission of Poland into the EU and the associated influences and implications on the Polish IT- Industry.

The company`s headquarters is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. We hope to provide Help Desk enterprises in Poland, solutions for common problems and to offer them solutions to simplify and facilitate their customer support service, boost sales and to increase the effectiveness and profitability of their buying department. FrontRange`s application HEAT Service & Support is world-used by over 7500 organizations. Currently the Polish version of the system is being prepared, which is due to be completed at the end of June.

A newly issued version and prices of our software Saros for RMA and Inventory Mangement has been modified to suit different requirements of our customers. See details.

Currently we are working on the adaptation of Saros for the Sybase data base. It was requested by a computer hardware distributor. At present Saros works with MS Access and SQL servers.
