FINGO Ltd. was developed from the individual business of our CEO in 2001, which had been established two years earlier.
The company started with two software solutions: SAROS, a warehouse & RMA department servicing software implemented in Visual Basic; and SNaK, a cash register monitoring system. SNaK was developed in Visual Basic and Visual C++ technologies. Dedicated electronic equipment was designed and manufactured to transmit data from CCTV cameras and cash registers. The system was installed in the chain of Praktiker DIY shops and used for several years.
FINGO Ltd. was established to offer software development to German customers. The team kept growing as FINGO gained experience. We came to specialize in custom-made web applications with varying degrees of complexity, using a widening range of technologies. The largest and most complex web-based project is the online registration system implemented for a customer from Germany.
Establishing a partnership in the bank reporting field was another important milestone in the company’s development. FINGO was one of the pioneers who introduced XBRL technology and solutions in Poland in 2007.
At the end of 2009 we launched our own website, maniatestowania.pl, and attracted new European customers.
