closely cooperating with the client to determine the requirements for integrating the software processes with the business processes, defining functionality and preparing the specifications
selecting the technology and architecture design, detailing the requirements of system components, preparing the technical design
implementing, integrating and validating a technical specification or algorithm
developing strategies for automatic and manual testing of function and performance
preparing technical documentation, user and administrator training and implementing software on the client’s system
carried out in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA sets the conditions of telephone consultations, updates, etc.)
correcting defects under warranty, further development and modification per client’s request
The terms of cooperation are matched to individual clients’ needs. The project can be carried out in FINGO’s office and/or on the client’s premises, under the direction of a FINGO employee or a person designated by the client. FINGO may participate in projects carried out by the client or offer IT outsourcing.
The cost of the project is settled on the basis of valuation of the whole project or its phases, and of hourly rates.
